Privacy policy

H-SE ("we") respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

What we collect

  • Enquiries: the name, phone number, email address and message you give us in the enquiry form.
  • Student accounts and enrolments: name, phone, email, language preference, the courses and intakes you enrol in, and payment records.
  • Payments: online payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card details.
  • Usage data: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It stores cookies in your browser.

How we use it

We use your data only to answer enquiries, process enrolments and payments, issue receipts and class notices, and improve our website and services. We will not use your data for direct marketing without your consent.

Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and only as far as needed to run the service: website and database hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery and website analytics.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Access and correction

You have the right to request access to, and correction of, the personal data we hold about you. You can update your details in your student account, or email hsepartner@gmail.com.
