1. About us

This website is operated by H-SE ("we"), a haircutting and hair colouring school in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. By using the site, enrolling in a course or buying a product you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You need a student account to enrol. Please give accurate details and keep your login secure.

3. Course enrolment and payment

  • Fees are as shown on each course page, in Hong Kong dollars. Where no fee is shown, please ask us.
  • When you press "Enrol" we hold your place for 3 days. Within that time, pay the full fee by FPS or PayMe and enter the transaction reference on the site.
  • Your place is confirmed only after our staff have verified the payment (usually within 1–2 working days). Unpaid places are released when the hold ends.

4. Classes

  • Dates, times and instructors are as shown on the class timetable. If a lesson must be moved (instructor availability, Typhoon Signal No. 8, Black Rainstorm Warning or other circumstances beyond our control) we will tell you as early as possible and arrange a make-up lesson. [To confirm]
  • Absences, make-up lessons and transfers between classes: [to confirm]
  • If a class is cancelled for low enrolment, we will offer a transfer or refund the fee paid. [To confirm]

5. Online shop

  • Prices are in Hong Kong dollars and paid at checkout through Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). We never see or store your card details.
  • Choose pickup at the studio or local delivery in Hong Kong; any delivery fee is shown at checkout.
  • Products are subject to availability. If an item turns out to be out of stock after payment, we will contact you and refund it in full.

6. Intellectual property

Site content (text, photos, video, course materials) belongs to H-SE or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission. Recording in class is not allowed. [To confirm]

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site or courses. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under Hong Kong law.

9. Governing law
